Illustrative scenarios

Three typical situations, not three clients.

These scenarios are written by the Group S legal team from the SCC referential to show what the audit produces. They describe no real client and contain no usage statistics.

3 typical scenarios

Educational scenarios. No client data, no figure measured on a real engagement.

Hospitality · JC 302 · 28 employees · Brussels

A brewery overhauls its flexi-jobs

The scenario starts from three gaps common in JC 302: incomplete working-time register, flexi-jobs without a written framework agreement, part-time schedules not displayed. The audit prices them article by article, the Expert report prioritises them, and the Group S advisor steers the remediation.

Construction · JC 124 · 62 employees · Wallonia

Preparing for a social inspection

An employer receives advance notice of an inspection. The audit reviews the 22 mandatory documents and separates blocking gaps from points of attention, with the applicable Social Criminal Code article for each.

An SME that turns out to be compliant already

Not every audit reveals a gap. The Standard report remains free to download and documents the compliance observed on the audit date, including the full record of the answers submitted.

Questions about using the tool

How long does an audit take?

15 minutes on average for a standard SME. The tool only asks questions relevant to your profile (joint committee, region, type of workers) — a hospitality employer with 20 people will answer about 35 questions; a service company with 12 people will have ~22.

Do you need to create an account to test?

No — the interactive demo (/demo) runs on a fictitious case without registration. To start a real audit on your company and receive the report, an account (magic link email) is required to save the session and generate the PDF.

Can you pause and resume later?

Yes. Every audit is saved automatically after each question. You can resume exactly where you left off from the dashboard, on any device.

What is the difference between the Standard and Expert reports?

Standard (free): score, non-compliances, sanctions, financial exposure. Expert (from €490 excl. VAT): commented legal analysis by a Group S legal expert, a prioritised action plan, a 1-hour debriefing call, and access to your advisor for 30 days.

Is the report legally enforceable?

No — the report is a self-assessment tool for informational purposes only. For a formal legal opinion (to be presented to the SIOD or a labour auditor), order the Expert report, which includes an analysis signed by a Group S legal expert. The Expert report can be used as a preparatory document but does not replace legal counsel from a lawyer.
