How long does an audit take?
15 minutes on average for a standard SME. The tool only asks questions relevant to your profile (joint committee, region, type of workers) — a hospitality employer with 20 people will answer about 35 questions; a service company with 12 people will have ~22.
Is Self-service really free?
Yes, 100% free and no credit card required. You get access to the full tool (22 documents), the financial exposure calculation, and the Standard PDF report (4-6 pages). Group S finances the tool as a service to Belgian employers.
What is the difference between the Standard and Expert reports?
Standard (free): score, non-compliances, sanctions, financial exposure. Expert (from €490 excl. VAT): commented legal analysis by a Group S legal expert, a prioritised action plan, a 1-hour debriefing call, and access to your advisor for 30 days.
How is the price of the Expert plan calculated?
From €490 excl. VAT for an SME with up to 20 people. The price is adjusted based on headcount and the number of applicable sites/sectoral agreements. A firm quote is provided before any commitment.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Self-service has no commitment. Expert is billed on a per-assignment basis. Enterprise is a renewable annual contract, cancellable with 60 days' notice.
