JC 100 — Auxiliary Joint Committee for blue-collar workers
The default JC for blue-collar workers not covered by a sectoral JC. Group S verifies the correct attachment and applicable obligations.
JC 100 applies to blue-collar workers whose activity is not covered by any sectoral JC (124, 130, 140, etc.). First reflex: confirm this is your JC. A wrong attachment = 3-year retroactive NSSO reassessment + level 2-3 sanction. The Group S audit verifies this attachment before any other analysis.
Main activity determines the JC. To be documented with a precise description + NACE code. In case of doubt: request qualification from the Joint Committee.
Indexed regional minimum scales. Strict application by classification (labourer, semi-skilled, skilled worker).
Mandatory upkeep from the 1st worker. Retention 5 years after departure.
Any fixed-term or part-time = written contract before day one. Absence = presumption of full-time open-ended.
Mandatory from 1 worker. Filing with Social Laws Control + delivery against signature.
Wrong JC attachment: retroactive NSSO reassessment up to 3 years + level 2-3 sanction. Wages below scale: level 2 (admin — – —) per worker, plus salary arrears over 5 years.
Group S first checks the consistency activity ↔ JC. If JC 100 is not the right one, we support the change and the regularisation.
Indexation and evolution of minimum scales tracked continuously. Automatic alert on classification overruns.
If a retroactive reassessment is identified, Group S builds the file with NSSO and negotiates payment terms.
It is the main activity that determines the JC, not the naming. The Group S audit starts with a check of attachment based on the NACE code and the actual activity description. In case of doubt, a formal request to the Joint Committee.
