JC 124 — Construction (blue-collar)
The sector most inspected by the Belgian social inspection. Group S audits your 22 mandatory documents and verifies the subcontracting chain.

All real-estate works > €500,000 or > 30 days. Daily recording of every worker present on site.
Personal Constructiv badge required on site. Validity check before site access.
Prior declaration required for every foreign worker posted to Belgium. Level 3 without a valid declaration.
Verify NSSO / tax debts of subcontractors on every invoice. 35% to be withheld if debts are found.
Construction agency work = limited grounds + written contract before start. Possible reclassification as open-ended if form not respected.
Level 4 (SCC Art. 181) on Dimona, Limosa, Checkin@Work: criminal — – — and/or imprisonment 6 months – 3 years, multipliable per worker (cap 100×). Joint NSSO liability on subcontractor debts.
